Phoebe graduated from Latrobe University in 2019. Phoebe has developed a strong interest in the rehabilitation of hip and groin injuries and pathology, as well as lower limb sports and exercise-based injuries from adolescent children and weekend warriors, through to elite athletes.
Phoebe has worked in the sports industry in numerous roles over the last 7 years with many sports teams including St Kilda FC (AFL), Melbourne United Basketball Club (NBL), Boroondara Express Netball Team (VNL) and Chisholm State Netball Team.
Phoebe has been trained under Andrew Wallis and has developed a strong skillset in the assessment and treatment of hip and groin injuries such as hip impingement, hip dysplasia, osteoarthritis, hip bursitis/tendinopathy and soft tissue injuries associated with the hip/groin region including adductor, quadriceps and hamstring injuries.
Phoebe bases her rehabilitation and injury management around evidence-based practice, holistic health and incorporates a variety of hands-on, exercise-based techniques and education principles into her sessions to get people back to what they love doing.
Outside of the clinic, Phoebe enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching a lot of football and netball and going out for brunch.
