Brayden is a sports osteopath and a recognised strength and conditioning coach. He possess a strong interest in rehabilitation and athletic development both in the gym and on the sports field.
Currently working with St.Kilda FC in the AFL, over the years Brayden has worked at various private performance facilities and completed various internships under coaches with experience in the NBL, AFL & NCAAF. His knowledge allows him to effectively manage his clients from the acute and sub acute phases of rehabilitation all the way to return to performance. Brayden works with a vast variety of population groups of all ages, catering to the individual needs of the patient and empowering them to reach their goals no matter how big or small.
Brayden’s special interest is lower limb injuries, particularly ACL & joint replacements.
Aligning himself with the orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists at Melbourne Orthopaedic Group to provide:

⁃ Strength & Functional testing for pre/post operative patients.
⁃ Conservative or post operative care and rehabilitation
